I tried several similar shirts and this was the best one. I bought size 3XL, (2 sizes larger than my normal shirt size and it was correct).I normally wear 42/44EU, 12/14US, 18UK. The sizing runs super small, but everything else about it is great. I am busty, and I appreciate the the buttoms are well placed so there's no peek-a-boo when you move. I washed the shirt on 40 and hung it to dry, and it came out pretty wrinkle-free.
